They basically said, after i got my order and asked, we won't get the same quality lace closures that we are use to. So I recieved mixed lace closures and different texture hair. I orded 4 lace front closure that are 3 regular lace (none hd or transparent) and 1 Transparent lace. I'm upset. I paid for HD didnt get it or a credit of some sort. The bundles are vary thin as well.

Loving this hair! I ordered 4 bundles and a frontal. It's super straight fresh out of the packaging, only ran the flat iron through large sections! Surprisingly holds a great curl! Thick wefts, my hair was full with 3 and about a quarter of the last bundle. Me and my friends ordered this hair we all got it in 5 days, we definitely recommend!

It sheds a little but why hair doesn't it's so soft & feel so good my sister made a wig outta this hair 2 years ago & still has that exact wig & it looks so amazing. This hair is really good hair , I got 3 28" bundles with a 20" frontal . the hair stopped to the top of my butt it's also very soft and silky . the lace is also transparent. Great hair i will be reordering this soon .
